Menyhért Krózser back in karting

After a four-week forced break, Menyhért Krózser is back in a kart. The HUMDA Academy driver underwent a scheduled surgery back in December. As a final step in his rehabilitation, he tested a Rotax Max Senior kart in Jesolo, Italy. There were no complaints about the pace.

 Jesolo (Italy) 16 January 2023.

After a successful 2022 season, Krózser Menyhert underwent minor foot surgery in December. The pre-Christmas date was chosen to allow for a winter break for recovery.

The operation was successful, Menya could start his rehabilitation already at the end of December and in mid-January he received the medical clearance for a careful workload even in go-karting. As a result, the MHH Kart Team travelled to the Jesolo circuit in Italy the very next day.

“It was great to be back in a kart,” Menya smiled, “The operation was no big deal, if it was up to me I would have been in a kart the next day, but we wanted to wait for the medical clearance anyway.

As soon as we got it, we took the first opportunity. At this time of the year, the track in Jesolo is one of the best places to test in winter. The main aim was to exercise my muscles, and the Rotax Max Senior kart was perfect for that.

One or two laps were enough to get me back on track, after that I had only one task: to enjoy the karting. We spent two days on the track in Jesolo, and I made the most of every minute. Now I’m ready for the next task.”
