﹡ July 7, 2022, Preview FIA Eurpoean Karting Championship round 4, Franciacorta (Italy) OK category
Menyhért Krózser is preparing for his second FIA European Karting Championship race this year in Franciacorta, Italy. Two weeks earlier, the MHH Kart Team driver made a big step forward at the same track in the final round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series. The HUMDA Academy driver is now looking to build on this experience at the European Championship.
In the OK category, this weekend sees the end of this year’s FIA European Karting Championship season, which has been held at four venues – Portimao in Portugal, Zuera in Spain, Kristianstad in Sweden and Franciacorta in Italy.
All four venues hosted the Champions of the Future Euro Series (CF) championship round two weeks before the European Championship. This series ended two weeks ago and now the final round of the European Championship is on the horizon.
Menyhért Krózser, who competes with HUMDA Hungarian Motorsport and Green Mobility Development Agency, missed two Eb and one CF race due to illness, which only made him understand the behaviour of the MG tyres at the French-Cortan round two weeks ago.
“It took me a while to get to know the MG tyres, which behave very differently to what I’ve raced on before,” said Menya.
I made a big step forward in the Champions of the Future two weeks ago, and I want to use the experience I gained there to finish the European Championships with a good result.”
The final round of the FIA European Karting Championship will be held in Franciacorta, Italy, from 7-10 July.
